Are any US intelligence agencies coordinating with Canadian law enforcement, given the number of US citizens among the 'protestors', US funding, and involvement of US extremist groups? There still seems to be little appetite by Christopher Wray and his team to weed out and indict these extremist groups.

I think it's premature to talk about potential charges here. It's not clear there even will be protest activity in DC and, if there is, the authorities have been clear permitted First Amendment activity will be allowed to proceed.

Even if no protest in DC occurs, I think this is worth covering on a site focused on January 6 for a few reasons. It is a strong illustrator of some of the financial, ideological and technological forces driving right wing protest in this new era.

Thank you for reading!

I was actually referring (not very clearly!) to the Canadian protests, and whether it's all been left to Canadian law enforcement, or whether US intelligence agencies were coordinating with Canadian law enforcement.
